  I recently stopped in at this location. Two girls were working that day, I was initially greeted, but after that I was pretty much ignored. It felt to me as I was prejudged, and not taken seriously. I spent about 15 minutes of my time waiting to be assisted, but unfortunately the lady working behind the counter felt as if cleaning her watch was more important then making a sale.

  I came to this brand new Kay's jewelers near me. The staff there was very kind and very helpful. They greeded me like they knew me. They made me feel like family. They where very attentive and help me make the right choice for my wife. Everyone in the store was very kind and helpful. I just want to thank them for making my experience easy and great. They go above and beyond to provide great service.
