  We dreaded buying shopping for a new mattress! We finally went to Mattress Firm at White Oak Shopping Center to test the waters. Dimitri greeted us and was very helpful, not pushy. He explained we had 110 days to decide if we liked the mattress or not. We picked one and wanted the box springs also. The box springs made the mattress too high for me! I wasn't expecting that but my feet couldn't reach the floor. We bought the set on Sat. It was delivered on Sun. Mon. I called Dimitri and explained my problem. Tues. they brought another, lower set of box springs! No fuss, no extra paperwork, no giving me the run around, he just quickly had it fixed for me! That is great service! The height is perfect now and so far seems to be perfect. The height problem was my fault for not thinking of it and I really appreciate how quickly they fixed it for me. Would recommend them highly.
