  Excellent service. I had a defective touch screen on my laptop. Ray did an excellent job! Was fixed within 2 hours. Very pleased and very reasonable price.

  Ray is very knowledgeable, friendly, and wants the best outcome for his customers. He quickly diagnosed my problem, provided a recommended solution, guided me to find the right drive to meet my needs, and did the entire installation and file transfers very quickly and at a very reasonable price. His customer service and communication (no "tech geek speak" here!) is exemplary. I won't take my PC anywhere else! It was well worth the drive from Chapel Hill.
