  Rude, unhelpful manager. Purchased a bunch of bath towels marked 3.92, realized when I got home they rang up 7.92. Returned to the store and was told they won't honor the price even though they were shown and admitted they had 100+ towels in the 3.92 bin which were 7.92. Told me return them if you don't want them. So sad Walmart has come to this, Sam Walton must be rolling in his grave.

  Not enough words to express my appreciation of Sharika Finch. at the Hwy 42 location in Garner. What a great asset to your store, not only for customer service but the kindness of her heart is overwhelming. If you ever had a bad day just take a stroll through her isle and you will be uplifted with her spirit and smile. I had a wee bit of a problem with your deli staff last night and even though I was not even in Ms. Finch's lane she happened to hear my complaint to your store manager, (and I am sorry I did not get her name), but Ms. Finch reached out to acknowledge my unhappiness with a gentle smile and apology. I think it was Ms. Finch's AND you store managers mission to make sure I left as a satisfied customer and I surely did. Many Thanks!!
